This event is ONLY open to participants who are currently enrolled in ISQs Aspiring Principals Program 2026-27.

This 18-month program is designed for deputy principals, assistant principals and heads of schools who are ready to apply for their first principal position. It includes a three night and three and a half day residential where participants will be led by selected ISQ specialist advisors and partners, and current principals ranging from new principals to established principals who will provide a comprehensive overview of principalship. This is then followed by five one day workshops.
